Community Of Inquiry Framework represents a process of meaningful online learning.  - Social Presence means online students feel connected to a community. Students can achieve meaningful activities. Teachers have to encourage learners to incorporate and try to get involved them. Teachers also have to respond student's needs because if teachers give them a feedback, students participate more.  we can measure social presence - Teaching Presence: Teachers must invite students to design and facilitating discourse to learn. The Cognitive Theory Of Multimedia Learning attempts to explain the processes that occur in students' minds during meaningful learning from multimedia education. It was designed by Richard E. Mayer.This theory claims that images and words tend to enable learning as long as they are designed in a meaningful way for learners to select, organize and integrate.The layout of the images is critical in recalling information.Because not all images are efficient at the same time, some of them are more efficient than others. Multimedia learning takes place in three stages.These are selecting,organizing and integrating. The learner engages in three stages and in the end what she has learned goes into her long-term memory
